How many guests can Patterson Family Barn accommodate?

Our barn and surrounding grounds comfortably host everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale wedding receptions. Share your estimated guest count when you inquire and we’ll help you plan the perfect layout.

Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

Yes — you’re welcome to work with the caterers, bakers, florists, photographers, and DJs you love. We simply ask that professional vendors be licensed and insured.

Is alcohol permitted at the venue?

Alcohol may be served through a licensed and insured bartending service. Self-serve is also permitted for beer, wine, and hard seltzers, as long as you carry alcohol liability insurance.

What happens if it rains on our big day?

No weather worries — between our four detached ceremony sites and the rustic barn itself, we’ll build a rain plan with you so your ceremony and reception can move indoors seamlessly.

What’s included with the venue rental?

Tables and chairs are included with every package, along with access to the Bridal Shack, our ceremony sites, the patio, and the many unique props and photo spots around the farm. The outdoor fireplace is available for an extra fee.

Is there parking on site?

Yes — the farm has plenty of free on-site parking for your guests, with easy access to the barn and ceremony areas.

Can we decorate the barn ourselves?

Absolutely. We just ask that you skip nails, staples, glitter, and confetti, and keep any open flames in enclosed containers like lanterns and votives.
